At Penny's we aim to make our service as good as it can be, part of that is our delivery service. One of our drivers will deliver your meat in a refrigerated van to your door next day delivery unless otherwise stated. We cover the following areas.

To provide this excellent service we do charge a £3 delivery fee, regardless of the order.  For retail orders we cover all BB postcodes.

 

At checkout we will ask whether you will allow us to deliver your order if you are not in. If you agree, the order is your full responsibility. If not, delivery will be re-attempted the following day. If delivery fails for a second time and no contact is received the order will be cancelled and refunded within 28 days. Cancellation of any orders can occur up to the point of dispatch and will be refunded within 28 days. If there is an issue with the meat that has been delivered to you contact us before the use by date on the product and a refund or replacement will be arranged.
