In addition to this we also request to know a telephone number in unlikely circumstance of having to urgently contact you of an issue with your order. We may pass this onto our delivery staff if there are issues with this stage of the order. If you would prefer for us not to do this please let us know. The reason for this is because our products have a shelf life and will need to ensure that we are compliant with all food safety auditing body requirements. Your details will be removed within three years of receiving a verified request, unless we have a reason as outlined above to retain your details. You have a right to move, copy or transfer data from our organisation to another and this could be done within 28 days of request.
