Delivery and Returns Policy
At Penny's we aim to make our service as good as it can be, part of that is our delivery service. One of our drivers will deliver your meat in a refrigerated van to your door on a specific day. All delivery's will be completed between the hours of 4pm and 7pm. To ensure that we can provide you with an accurate day of delivery we will be delivering to certain areas on certain days. Your order will be delivered to you only on the day that your postcode is assigned to and will only be received a week later if the order is placed later than 3pm of the day before your assigned postcode day, see below for details:

Wednesday: BB7
Friday: BB8, BB9, BB10, BB11, BB12, BB18

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday:
BL1, BL2, BL3, BL4, BL5, BL6, BL7
WN1, WN2, WN3, WN5, WN6
PR1, PR2, PR4, PR5, PR6, PR7

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: Preston, Chorley, Wigan, Warrington and Bolton

To provide this excellent service we do charge a £3 delivery fee, regardless of the order.

Anyone who has stated that the order has to be delivered to them and not a neighbour or left outside will possibly have their delivery re-attempted later that same day. This will only occur if they return contact with the driver between 4pm and 7pm of that same day. Delivery will be re-attempted again the following day if they do not contact the delivery driver. If delivery fails for a second time and no contact is recieved the order will be cancelled and refunded within 28 days.

At checkout we will ask whether you will allow us to deliver your order to a neighbour or leave in a safe place if you're out. If you agree and are not in when we try to deliver your order we will notify you and send an email with an image of where your order has been left. In this circumstance the order is your full responsibility.

Cancellation of any orders can occur up to the point of dispatch and will be refunded within 28 days. If there is an issue with the meat that has been delivered to you contact us before the use by date on the product and a refund or replacement will be arranged.
